We are excited to announce that our studio and dungeon space is ready for your private scenes and/or gatherings of between 2-40 guests! All bookings can be made on our website and found below.

This space is excellent for entertaining, dungeon experiences, rope suspension scenes, sop play dates, photography, content creation, Dj streaming parties, and pre/afterparty bookings.
Studio PLUR's interior design has a modern art gallery feel, with hardwood floors, industry-styled ceilings, and dimmable recessed and track lighting.
The bathroom is a large space, complete with a walk-in multi-jet, rainfall shower, large sink and countertop, good lighting, a closet for towels, toiletry needs, and a closet for coats and belongings. We have also fitted a hot/cold bidet system.
Our social room is great for guests' entertaining, socials, and more. Features include a 2000-watt Pro-Audio Yamaha theater sound and visual system, with Bluetooth compatibility for your music needs. Custom LED lighting design, Wifi, and air conditioning, The space has a corner bar, with a fridge to keep your drinks chilled. 1 lounge area, an aftercare space, entertainment stages, and a sound stage for DJs or live performances. Normally one of the stages has a slapping bench, but the space can be configured to your needs by request on the booking app.
The Dungeon is completely at your disposal for any consensual scene, you desire. The installation includes a custom-built floor cage with a play mattress on top. St. Andrews cross, 3 different stylized benches, and glory holes. Wall anchors and hooks, with two display cabinets to arrange and display your gear ready for your scene on any of our equipment nearby. We have installed 3 very secure hard points for rope suspensions, and our sex swing can be set up by request.
The upstairs with all 3 rooms combined, is 40x40 1600 sq feet.
Entry to Studio PLUR is very private and no one needs to let you in the venue. We run a fully secure security pad door entry system. So it's easy for you to enter and leave discreetly. For each booking, a code is randomly selected and is your entry code. This will be sent to your email, and text message, along with your confirmation booking on the day of.
2 guests - $60 hr
3-5 guests - $80 hr
5-8 guests - $100 hr
8-12 guests - $300 Fixed Rate/All Night Booking
15-40 guests - $500 Fixed Rate/All Night Booking
Pricing is calculated at our booking app below. Simply head over to the booking app and select the month/day, how many guests will join you, and your start and finish times. The app will calculate the cost. We do ask for a $150 deposit on top of the calculated amount that is refundable after your stay is complete and the venue has been inspected.
The payment for your stay is etransfer or PayPal only. (Details on this will be emailed to you after the booking is complete) With the nature of use for this venue, most online credit card transactions get flagged so this is why use these payment methods. The venue deposit will also be returned as it was paid.
